What you need before you apply

You鈥檝e done your research, explored your options, and know that 91视频 State is the perfect place for you. Now it鈥檚 time to apply.

Here's what you should have ready.

Freshman

Freshmen will be required to submit at least one of the following two items:

  • An unofficial high school transcript
  • Self-reported SAT or ACT scores聽

Optional personal statement

Social Security Number (if you have one).

Intended major or program. Haven't decided yet? Apply as "Undeclared."

Transfer Student

Official transcripts from all institutions attended. Send yours electronically to Admissions@91视频State.edu, or mail them to:

Social Security Number (if you have one).

Courses you are taking or will take before you come to 91视频 State.

Intended major or program, if you have chosen one.

Optional personal statement, if you feel this is right for you.

If you have earned fewer than 24 semester hours at the time you apply, you will also need:

  • SAT or ACT score (optional)
  • Cumulative high school transcript
